Bachelor in Architectural Technology and Construction Management (1980), Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) (1988), having majored in Organizational Behavior and Strategic Planning and Diploma Thesis in Management Recruiting and Psychological Tests. Furthermore, Mr. Andersen has studied Business Law (Bachelor of Law, L.L., 1993) at Copenhagen Business School, CBS.
In his career, Mr. Andersen has worked as an Consultant and Department Manager at The Danish Technological Institute, DTI. Following a position as Managing Director in the service industry, he joined one of the major European consulting firms, before he founding ProConsult Mergers and Acquisitions in 1990.
Further, Mr. Andersen is Director of E/F Rådgivning and Chairman of the Board in several companies and organizations among others SmartGurlz A/S, Lyngby, CoolBox Development ApS, Gilleleje, Coolbox A/S, Gilleleje, International Touring Exhibitions Ltd., London, The Housing Association Bryggertorvet, Ølstykke etc.

Pauli Andersen er bygningskonstruktør (BTH) (1980), civiløkonom, HD i organisations- og arbejdssociologi med strategisk planlægning som retning og hovedopgave i Lederrekruttering og psykologiske test (1988), og har læst erhvervsjura (HA-jur.) på Copenhagen Business School, CBS (1993).
Pauli Andersen arbejdede som konsulent og sektionsleder på Dansk Teknologisk Institut, var adm. direktør i en handels- og servicevirksomhed og managementkonsulent i Europas næststørste konsulentvirksomhed, inden han i 1990 etablerede ProConsult Virksomhedsmæglere.
Pauli Andersen er derudover direktør i E/F Rådgivning og bestyrelsesformand i flere virksomheder og organisationer, bl.a. SmartGurlz A/S, Lyngby, CoolBox Development ApS, Gilleleje, Coolbox A/S, Gilleleje, International Touring Exhibitions Ltd., London, Ejerforeningen Bryggertorvet, Ølstykke etc.
